Ryan Petrovski is an associate lawyer at RAR Litigation. With a passion for hard work and complex matters, Ryan works to fit together the pieces of every case to make compelling arguments for his clients.
Prior to joining RAR, Ryan practised law in California with a focus on entertainment law, contract law, wills and trusts law, intellectual property law, and tax law. Upon returning to Canada, Ryan gained litigation experience working in estate litigation and family law.
Ryan works with the commercial litigation team on a wide range of matters. His knowledge and experience with court room rules of procedure make him an excellent fit to work with a broad range of clients in multiple practice areas.
Ryan regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, acting as legal counsel at motion and application hearings. He leverages his experience with applications, statements of claim, defence work, mediations, pre-trial conferences, and trials to help ensure success, inside and outside of the court room.
Both professional and personable, Ryan enjoys building strong relationships with his clients to fully understand their cases and provide actionable, practical advice tailored to their specific needs and situations.
