Stephanie is an Associate in RAR’s construction group, where she uses her background in civil engineering and commercial litigation to advocate for clients facing construction disputes. With an emphasis on helping clients find practical, business-focused solutions, Stephanie has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and at the Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts. She has represented owners, contractors, and subcontractors on a variety of construction-related matters, including those related to liens, construction deficiencies, damages for delay, and breaches of trust.

Called to the bar in 2022, Stephanie has independently managed a diverse range of civil litigation procedures and has experience drafting pleadings, motion records, factums, pre-trial conference briefs, as well as conducting complex legal research. A former reservist in the Canadian Armed Forces, Stephanie received concurrent Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Engineering Science degrees from Western University in 2021, where she was a representative in the Student Legal Society and a member of the Dean’s Honor List.
