Detail-oriented and proactive, Vironika is a steadfast advocate who employs strategic and assertive legal tactics for clients navigating construction law matters. She joined RAR Litigation in 2022 as a law student, was brought back as an articling student, and now works as an associate lawyer within the firm’s Construction Law group. In each engagement, Vironika prioritizes her client’s needs, meticulously examining every aspect of their cases to deliver timely and well-informed advocacy.

In her role, Vironika regularly reviews standard form CCDC contracts and drafts supplementary conditions for construction managers, owners, and contractors for residential and commercial development projects and participates in negotiating terms with opposing parties.

Prior to joining RAR Litigation, Vironika gained valuable experience in Hazardous Materials Management, giving her firsthand experience collaborating with contractors and a deep understanding of the intricacies of construction sites. It was this hands-on involvement that ignited her passion for construction law and led her to join RAR Litigation. Vironika's ability to grasp the underlying context of construction disputes, coupled with her attention to detail, ensures that clients receive tailored and strategic legal support precisely aligned with the unique circumstances of their cases.
