As the head of RAR’s Construction and Infrastructure Group, Apolone is a trusted advisor known for delivering clear, pragmatic counsel. Drawing on her expertise as a CPA, Apolone brings a distinctly commercial approach to construction law, grounded in systems thinking, risk management, and the business realities of her clients. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has represented owners, contractors, subtrades, and suppliers in complex, multiparty, multimillion-dollar disputes across infrastructure, commercial, and multi-residential projects, appearing before various levels of court in Ontario. She also regularly helps clients resolve multiparty construction disputes through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Apolone advises clients on major legal reforms, including the modernization of the Construction Act, and assists contractors and owners in updating contracts and processes in response to legislative and market changes.
