Rocco Ruso is the principal and founder of RAR Litigation and is recognized as one of the most effective litigators in construction law in Ontario. In addition to his construction litigation practice, Rocco has also established a strong commercial litigation practice with a focus in representing developers in real estate disputes.

He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Commercial List, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, successfully representing some of the largest contractors and developers in the province. Types of disputes include surety bond claims, construction liens, breach of contract, trust claims, and delay claims.
