Bianca Salive is an associate in RAR’s Construction and Infrastructure Litigation Group. She has managed complex, multi-million-dollar litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters involving major provincial infrastructure projects, including hospitals, correctional facilities, highways, and transit lines. Her experience spans both civil and regulatory proceedings, including appearances before the Ontario Land Tribunal and the Ontario Court of Justice.

Before joining RAR, Bianca served as legal counsel in the Commercial Resolutions Group at Infrastructure Ontario and was an associate at a boutique environmental law firm. Her expertise in infrastructure development and environmental law provides a strong foundation for resolving complex construction disputes. She is known for her candour, professionalism, and strategic, results-oriented approach.

Bianca earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa in 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, where she was on the Dean’s List. She currently serves on the board of Young Women in Law, supporting the advancement and mentorship of women in the legal profession.
