Adam Lifshitz is an associate in RAR's Commercial Litigation and Construction and Infrastructure Litigation groups. He represents builders, developers and contractors in a broad range of construction and commercial disputes.

Adam’s practice includes multi-party construction lien actions, contractual disputes involving agreements of purchase and sale, mortgages, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. He argues certificates of pending litigation and non-dissipation orders, judgment enforcement and proceedings under the Provincial Offences Act involving building code and occupational health and safety legislation.

He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and Small Claims Court. He also represents clients in private arbitrations and mediations.

Adam takes a practical, results-oriented approach to litigation, providing strategic advice that considers his clients’ legal and commercial risks. He is committed to protecting their interests and achieving effective resolutions.
