Bio

Joshua Edmunds is an associate in RAR’s Litigation Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on construction disputes, including complex infrastructure and public-private partnership matters, lien disputes and claims arising from design-build agreements.

He represents developers, project owners, contractors, financial institutions and commercial real estate stakeholders in matters including breach of contract and shareholder disputes. He appears before all levels of court in Ontario and various tribunals, including the Commercial List, and regularly acts in alternative dispute resolution processes. Joshua also has significant trial experience, including a four-week civil jury trial.

Joshua works closely with clients to identify their objectives early and develop clear litigation strategies tailored to their goals. He delivers practical, disciplined advocacy grounded in commercial realities, ensuring clients are positioned to resolve disputes efficiently and decisively.
