Bio
Olivia Schenk is an associate lawyer in RAR’s Construction and Infrastructure Litigation Group, supporting a range of complex construction litigation matters.
Olivia’s experience includes custom home lien disputes, multi-million-dollar commercial lien disputes, and infrastructure delay and design claims, primarily for contractors. At RAR, she works with developers, owners, contractors and subcontractors across the construction industry.
With a family in the concrete industry, Olivia understands the challenges faced by contractors and business owners. She combines this practical perspective with her legal training and scientific background to approach construction disputes and technical engineering issues with an analytical lens.
