Wendy
Ngai

An associate with RAR’s Construction Group, Wendy Ngai brings a background in construction litigation and environmental law to her legal practice. She represents clients across the entire construction chain, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, helping them to resolve various construction-related disputes, including lien claims, contract disputes, real property disputes, and negligence claims. With appearances before the Ontario Superior Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal, Wendy has successfully acted for clients at trial and has negotiated favourable outcomes in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Wendy earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Honours) from the University of Waterloo, where she was on the Dean’s List. She is a member of The Advocates’ Society and the teaching team for the upper-year Lawyer as Negotiator course at Osgoode Hall Law School.
