RAR Litigation Congratulates David Leck on Appointment to The Advocates' Society Construction Law Practice Group

RAR Litigation is pleased to congratulate David Leck on his appointment as a Member-at-Large of The Advocates' Society's Construction Law Practice Group for the 2026–2027 term.

The Construction Law Practice Group brings together construction litigators from across Canada to support professional development, contribute to continuing legal education programming, and foster engagement within the construction law bar.

David's appointment reflects his ongoing commitment to the practice of construction law and his active involvement in the legal and construction communities. In this role, he will work alongside fellow members of the Practice Group to help support initiatives and programming for construction law practitioners throughout the province.

David is a lawyer in RAR Litigation's Construction and Infrastructure Litigation Group. His practice focuses on representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants in a wide range of construction disputes, including lien, trust, delay, and contract claims.
