Congratulations to Apolone Gentles on her ten-year anniversary at RAR Litigation!

Since joining RAR in 2015, Apolone has helped grow and strengthen our construction litigation practice and has grown into her current role as lead member of the Construction and Infrastructure Group.

Over the past ten years, she has helped clients resolve complex, multiparty, multimillion-dollar disputes during a period of intense change and unprecedented challenges. She is a trusted advisor to clients as well as other industry leaders, providing deep and unique insight into market changes and major legal reforms, including the modernization of the Construction Act. Clients value her steady, practical guidance, particularly during periods of significant industry uncertainty.

What cannot be understated is her lasting impact within the firm. She is a thoughtful and empathetic leader, as well as a skillful mentor. As RAR grew into what it is now, she was part of the bedrock upon which we built. She is a true team player and brings no ego to the table, proving that you can be both an amazing lawyer as well as a genuinely good person. We are privileged to have her as a part of RAR.
